Good place to start in medical device, could be very lucrative long term role in right market and right personality. Product isn’t always highly favored by doctors, and getting insurance reimbursements is the hardest part of the job but what separates highly successful reps. There is toxicity in management. Poor regional management within my territory. Inbound leads have been distributed to reps outside of the territory and taken away from me.
