Haven’t been here long enough to really know the bad parts, but base comp is great, and the earning potential is there after promotion. Leadership seems decent. Training was pretty wild. my overall experience has been positive but this organization, despite being market leaders, is not prepared to proactively handle changes within the industry. I believe Organogenesis has the best products on the market but is and will continued to be hindered by subpar leadership and continuing the same strategy that is currently letting us down.
