Fast growing company with opportunities for advancement. Lots of professional development, including shadowing more experienced team members, in-house training, and 3rd party trainings. You are constantly asked about your goals, and your manager is proactive about helping you define your career path. Company culture encourages a collaborative atmosphere, there is healthy competition but also a team mindset - we all win together. There is a large & growing demand for the product and the marketing team is on-point; there is a good mix of inbound leads and outbound business development expectations.

Could be considered a decent place for an entry level position but I would not recommend staying due to culture not reflecting what the company says it is. And pay is below avg unless you are on senior mgmt team - the top 5 people combined make over $4M in total comp. Way overpaid. It’s insanely lopsided.
