Been here a little over a year. I've worked at a competitor and the move was the best decision I've done for myself. There's turnover, but that's any sales organization. It's just a reality. It's straight cold-calling so you have to be mentally prepared every day. Culture is a bit more laid back but good energy on the floor. I've met some great people that have turned into good friends. Really good product to sell that provides a lot of value to small business and the commission structure is awesome if you hustle for it!
