Base salaries haven’t increased with market likely the last 15 years. They are 50-60k, regardless of prior experience and there’s NO commission, only bonus. Expenses are rather high because of travel but you have tMost people come here for their first sales role and leave 9-12 mos later. Remote + travel is perk, company culture is fantastic.

The salaries are 50-60k with MAX bonus being 2% per quarter. Culture of fear and negativity, the “President” of the company wants to get reps to work harder with ZERO financial incentive. Only can make commission as regional manager and base salary is not competitive. Good entry level sales job in biotech industry.
