Low attainment across the mid market and enterprise teams. Those who attain quota work 70+ hour weeks. Absolutely no valuable professional development. Management is terrible. Commission structure is not competitive compared to other companies. Base salary is average but you can find higher salaries at other companies. Easy to fire. Majority of the BDR team actively says that they are unhappy with the role and leadership. Employee retention is very low, at around 1 year. Company greatly fails at transitioning BDRs into AEs. Unethical sales practices are used. As a BDR at Noibu you are a receptionist nothing else.

Good colleagues and you will learn from those on your team but you learn nothing from management, no professional development, reps who attain quota work 75 hour weeks. There was one month when I worked there where 4 people of the 15+ reps got to quota.
