This is the case for mid-market SDRs selling into districts in 2024. other segments were on a meetings based quota which worked better but we were put on a pipeline quota this year with less than 50% attainment of our segment.

My overall experience lacked direction and successful circumstances. Leadership was poor and did not take into account the market conditions nor impact of leadership style on direct reports.
