Ever since the company was bought out by IBM, the company has lost a lot of its identity. There were and still are a lot of smart and hard-working folks there, but if things don't change, there's going to be a massive drain.

Love working at Neudesic. Very fast paced, and you wear a lot of hats, but the amount of exposure you receive to partners, high profile clients, and the comp opportunity all make the hard work worth it.

Good company, lots of recent changes due to IBM merger are causing significant leadership and administrative issues. Good products and smart people, it will balance out in time once IBM calms down.
