My overall experience at Netlify was neither good nor bad. As the team continues to change due to RIF’s and restructuring I’d love to see things turn around for the BDR org.

Netlify is going through a leadership transition. There is significant change happening in the GTM organization. The new team is bringing focus, energy, and attention. I'm optimistic about where we are headed.

My overall experience was positive when I first started, however the company has rarely delivered on advancement and compensation promises. There is also a gender-based compensation gap and all employees based outside of US roles are underpaid.
