Former Employee Sadly a lot of restructuring in the revenue team. Redundancies across the board.
The solution is very expensive and given the macroeconomic environment and brands/agencies' spending power - this solution very quickly moved down the priority list.
The culture of this organisation is work work work work then drop, little else to report from a social/softer metric perspective. EMEA revenue is beholden to the US - contracting and legal based out of the US. Expect late nights
Key competitors in the market are more affordable with a similar offering and less complex to implement.
There is potential for this solution to add huge value to Enterprise clients, but some big challenges with leadership, the product, ease of uptake and price point.
