The experience here was disappointing, despite initial conversations promising a positive work environment/culture. Communication within teams is abysmal, with vital information often lost in a maze of email chains and convoluted processes. Employee morale is low, with high turnover rates and a pervasive sense of disillusionment. Overall, failure to deliver on promises, leaves employees feeling undervalued and disengaged.
