My overall experience was average. The success of the company is often proportional to hiring needs so when the economy dips, sales take a big hit.

Pros: Remote work. Freedom to work at your own pace. Cons: Disorganized. Poor leadership. High turnover. Lack of tools to successfully do your job. Compensation: Decent base salary. However, as a SDR/BDR, you get paid on deals closed not meetings set. So it could take a year to see any commission from the meetings you set. Even if you hit 100%
