Multiverse as a sales organisation is high performance with high support. They expect a lot but provide a really supportive environment for you to succeed. It's definitely an intense place to work and not an easy job, but it's very well compensated and the whole team from the other AE's, RD's and senior management are always there to help. The org is very process driven and you get put you through a 12 week sales onboarding academy. There's a lot to learn and they expect you to get up to speed quickly. Targets are high, especially in your first few quarters but there are reps doing 150%+ consistently so it is doable - but it's hard graft to get there. It's a complex sales cycle with multiple stakeholders involved, especially in big deals. I found it more complex than SaaS. Good market fit though and they're developing more apprenticeship programmes and take AE & customer feedback seriously, and a big CS team to retain customer relations. As a Mid-Market AE you get given 30 accounts in your territory and work those. You do all your own outbound, no SDR to help and very cold call heavy.
