Former Employee My time at this sales organization was nothing short of a nightmare. The company sucks you in with big promises, only to pull the rug from under you. They hired a batch of experienced pros and fired most within weeks, leaving families in a tight spot. Training? Forget it—you're expected to sell without even knowing the product. And talk about bait-and-switch: they change the business focus like the weather. As for commissions, expect to wait up to a year to see a penny, trapping you in a job you'll grow to despise.
The expense policies are a joke—public transit and low-tier hotels are the norms, even for senior roles. They claim to create opportunities for the underprivileged, but they can't even treat their own employees decently. Unrealistic sales targets and a lack of a clear business model make success impossible.
Don't be fooled by the feel-good mission statement; the reality is far from it. If you value your career and sanity, avoid this place like the plague. For anyone considering working here or partnering with them—run, don't walk, in the opposite direction.
