Horrendous leadership on sales side during tenure and toxic sales culture. CRO would yell, insult, intimidate and belittle employees during QBRs. Senior reps with long standing relationships in their market were forced to cold call into accounts on a weekly basis and harass their contacts which only burned their relationships.

Great company with an even better product. This is the time to be in AI. Inbound is hard with lots of noise in the space, but as we are winning some of the best logos in the world, we're slowly being brought into every major strategic.

Less than 10% of reps are hitting quota. Impressive product but it's nice to have software and leadership is flying by the seat of their pants.
