Simple product selling to easy to understand companies. Good market positioning, but limited serviceable market compared to addressable market. There have been organization shifts and changes in leadership over the the last few years. The org shifts have been mostly ineffective and leadership seems to be throwing stuff at the wall to see what sticks. Mind you this is a 20+ year old company, not a start up. Overall decent earning potential, but not great for some of the BS and friction you have to put up with. Company caters much more to AM than sales.

Micromanaging is intense. They monitor your calendar down to the minute. This place is suffocating. Highly recommend looking elsewhere.
