Mitratech has a phenomenal team with a toxic layer of middle managers. Once they were brought on they reshaped how everything operates. Turned great people away to find new opportunities. Sales culture became that of two things: Nepotism and high pressure to close deals by handing out discounts when clients did not want them.

Overall, my experience was below par. Company was ran very corporate and poor director and management at the help of Mitratech really impacted high stress at low pay type of work environment.

Came in as an acquisition, same as pretty much everyone else. Business units are fairly separated
