Market is becoming over saturated with products.
Growth goals are beginning to become unrealistic.
Pipeline is nonexistent, working on new indications for current products (which is good) but could use new/different products to round out the portfolio.
Culture is fine but I feel it’s a win now don’t worry about tomorrow attitude.
Training has gotten better but hard to move up within the company.
