I love it at MDT. The technology is top notch. The implants are pretty good, and the future is bright. Benefits are great. It’s hard to move up in the company.

Great place to start but I wouldn’t necessarily stay here long term mobility is nonexistent and the pay is significantly lower than other companies in the market

The company was great to work for but I really disliked working in the CRM division. The work life balance was terrible and I don’t think I was fairly compensated for it. After two years the next step up wasn’t until 7 years. They made annual raises difficult to hit exceeds on most categories meaning you were fighting to match inflation.
