The culture is terrible. Depending on what channel you work with training doesn’t happen. Continued education on products is emailed out. This company is okay with being okay. Many leaders do not have a growth mindset or the will to mentor others. Worst company I have ever worked for. They believe they should work harder and not smarter. Plus they are so behind in technology.
