My first year I was able to achieve 104% of my number in a very challenging environment, 2nd year 120%, 3rd year one of largest deals in their entire history. For this I received no thanks, respect or acknowledgement. And my commission was halved. Honestly pretty speechless.

Great product. Usually, loyal customers. Company sometimes chases after the hot thing. Bulk staffing changes are almost annual.

Overall experience was positive if they would just have more focus on GROWTH, and larger deal sizes and business development, and not limited commissions at 150/150. My commission went from 9.8 down to 4.5 and doubled my Quota, so 2x the work for the same amount of pay. Being still a startup it is hard to attract A-quality sales talent with those numbers.
