Overall Marcus evans is an okay company to work for. The onboarding is actually okay if you’re new to sales and you’ll learn a lot but for me personally it’s not the place to build a whole long term career at. The base compensation is very low but you could make up for it by commission. Expect to make about 50-60k here your first year. Great team fun people to work with and the culture is nice but outside of that there isn’t much that sticks out here.

Solid training-- almost purely cold-calling, and you have to be willing to get people on the phone in unique ways.

My experience was the people you worked with were the only reason you showed up for this position. The pay was poverty level even being a top performer.
