Overall Marcus evans is an okay company to work for. The onboarding is actually okay if you’re new to sales and you’ll learn a lot but for me personally it’s not the place to build a whole long term career at. The base compensation is very low but you could make up for it by commission. Expect to make about 50-60k here your first year. Great team fun people to work with and the culture is nice but outside of that there isn’t much that sticks out here.

Old school cold calling sweat shop. Cold calling only, no emails as the attribution goes to marketing and you're constantly fighting over deals with marketing. Having said that, it was one of the best sales training I've received in my career. If you can be successful at Marcus Evans, you can be successful anywhere.

Solid training-- almost purely cold-calling, and you have to be willing to get people on the phone in unique ways.
