Back to ReviewsFormer Employee There is no real leadership with this team or a clear path on how to accomplish the mission. Resources are non existent and a talk track is created by you yourself. There was zero product training and an ICP that was shakey and again not clear.
There were some great people and I believe it can be a good team there just needs to be a push from leadership on what direction they want to take and providing the training and coaching AND resources needed to accomplish this goal. Without this team morale will continue to be in the tank as well as sales numbers overall.
