Leadership is bad at this company. It’s a lot of experienced sales reps who don’t understand how to run a company. The product does not work in most markets and the way that it is sold is scam-worthy at best. The pitch is based on saving the customers money but that is not the value of solar because it doesn’t save people money.

D2D Solar. Had a great manager who trained us really well, roleplays in office every day before going out and knocking. Commission only, rent paid for. Good team culture. Setters making ~40% on closed deals. Get 15 sales and you can be trained to be a closer.
