Overall this company lacks moral clarity. There is a potential to earn a lot of money but the compensation plan has a 6 month chargeback which makes it next to impossible to earn what you deserve. Unless you can live on base salary alone and don't mind an ever changing environment and multiple pay plans I would keep looking.

Culture is ever changing and compensation plans are adjusted what feels like every week. The product is good and I love my directors and coworkers but the company is clearly positioning themselves to sell despite the cost to employee moral.
