Leadership is awesome. The culture was great! Really no complaints, it just wasn’t a spot for me in the industry I saw myself in. The people are kind and management is really understanding and fair. The people there really make the job! The work life balance truly cannot be beat! The salary is a bit on the lower end, but the culture truly is sustainable and maybe people come back after leaving or stay for 5+ years. That speaks volumes to the awesome culture they’ve created!

Positive! Really great community, but some departments are just in a better spot to earn commissions. While some teams take home a bonus of a few hundred dollars each month.
