Overall it was great. They changed commission structure approximately 4 or more times since I was employed there. Ultimately, I had to leave because the compensation structure was no longer beneficial to me and had to look elsewhere for better opportunities.

They were only catering to their existing employees, if you're new, they will not give you equal opportunity with leads. Nepotism is big there

Overall, made me a great sales person due to the intensive training. Many inbound leads are a plus and generous pricing expcetions. However, they are very strict with the 10 hour work day, in-office and dress code. Great place to start but have an exit plan. Golden handcuffs
