Overall it was great. They changed commission structure approximately 4 or more times since I was employed there. Ultimately, I had to leave because the compensation structure was no longer beneficial to me and had to look elsewhere for better opportunities.

They were only catering to their existing employees, if you're new, they will not give you equal opportunity with leads. Nepotism is big there
