Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Great team, great work life balance, and great compensation. Direct management was effective and awesome to work with. Unfortunately, the ACS division of LivaNova was mismanaged at the very upper levels, and as a result the entire product line was abandoned, which is why I give one star for Product-Market Fit. I think the CP and VNS divisions are still doing well and probably pay well also. Not sure about the culture and team dynamics in those areas.
