Lever has drastically changed since being acquired by Employ. Executive leadership has been a revolving door- Lever was the best company I've ever worked pre- acquisition. I worked with excellent people but the sales leadership had much to be desired. They were nice people but there wasn't the wealth of experience and the company started to lose the innovation edge against its top competitor.
