Current Employee Overall, the company culture is excellent. However, the product's current functionality doesn't fully align with the needs of all target segments and leads that come in. SMB customers experience pricing issues; while the product's features are superior to competitors, pricing conversations can be challenging. Mid-market and enterprise segments struggle to align the product with their organizations' internal training requirements. The product's sweet spot appears to be with upper SMB and lower mid-market accounts. Customer training, however, is a strong fit across all segments. The company is proactively addressing these issues, actively working to improve the product and refine its ideal customer profile. These are significant steps in the right direction.
