Leadership is lost and goals change each quarter. Current sales team titles are "Market Managers" who are essentially CSM's, AM's, AE's, and SDR's all in one role (post sales org layoffs in 2023). Currently see no concrete growth path at this company & industry is in a constant struggle. If your life passion is in cannabis then good for you but otherwise I would look elsewhere.

Incompetent leadership team, starting with the CEO that has completely ran the business into the ground. The business lacks integrity, no system in place to cross check commission earnings. Sales teams consistently are not provided with goals, but are still held accountable to producing revenue. The business has paid employees late multiple times over the past year.
