Great company, great people, just struggling to find product market fit and growth opportunities are suffering as a result. Toppled by a really low paying comp structure.

wonderful company, great leadership and incredible training and development opportunities. Good culture and commission structure. It made me put in a base compensation...of which there is none...hence the lower rating
