Former Employee During my time at LaSalle, fear was immediately instilled to try to create productivity. Managers, Directors, and VPs were constantly asking you about your call volume, connects, and meetings total. If you fell behind and asked for help, they would look at you like you just asked them a complex math equation. When asking teammates and veteran reps how they were having success, they would tell you to just figure it out. During team meetings, they would remind sales people to be kind to non-sales employees, as they were having trouble retaining people due to the nature of the sales team/leadership. Every meeting we talked about how to be better and develop a plan to drive sales up, but when you put that plan into action, leadership would ask what you were doing and tell you it was wrong to even try something different. Creativity and collaboration dies at LaSalle. If you need a job, I would recommend, but otherwise truly know what you’re walking into. Browse Other Reviews
