Management was so bad. For them sales reps were machines to achieve revenue I worked with high velocity inbound sales. We are supposed to make more than 80 dials everyday. No breather for training or to even review your progress.

The major challenge here is with the leadership taking the inbound leads to run it on their own and not let the sales guys be running the key deals or they will make sure you are aligned with someone who doesn't have anything to do with your deal so that they can avoid the variable pay

The Cofounder team grabs the deals from you and close it on their own. They don't hesitate to split your hardwork and pay to the people they like
