Leadership does not care about anything except what you’re bringing in and they don’t make the territories fair. There is little to no training, and I would consider this more of a business development role than a sales executive role. You will be on your own island and be expected to know this business, even without any experience in the field. Leadership will not take anything you say seriously and will speak to you in a condescending tone in my time. At this company I saw eight employees fired from just the midmarket team in one year. LRN has yet to figure out that the common denominator here is not the sales reps, but the leader ship.
