The head of my department was an awful micromanager who yelled at the employees. No one ever hit quota, which is partly due to the product. The online training courses are text-heavy and no one wants to read an hour course. I can't speak for other departments outside of sales.

This is the worst company I have ever worked for in my professional career. Leadership does not care about anything except what you’re bringing in and they don’t make the territories fair.
