Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee My overall experience is positive, this company pays well and attracts talents. Product is high quality, and client portfolio is strong in the banking sector. This small company grants a great deal of exposure really early which allows to learn SaaS software sales fast. This by default trust is very valuable, but at the same time the lack of processes (sales, marketing, onboarding) and overall improvisational tone of management can often be a burden on the sales workforce that act like micro entrepreneurs instead of SDR/BDR/AEs. They are not specialized, rather are asked to do anything, even not sales related (i.e. delivery project management). This works in times of growth of the business, but showed its limits in 2023 with the slowdown in the tech sector.
