Back to ReviewsFormer Employee KF Digital division is an after thought for the leadership of this firm where 85% of the revenue come from Exec Search, other job placement businesses, and Organizational Consulting. Very few of the support resources provided to partners and others in Business Development roles in Search/Consulting are offered to sellers in Digital although they carry similar growth targets. There were three layoffs (see article in WSJ for information of latest round in October ‘23 which impacted 8% of company worldwide) in the short time I was with the firm so not a time of stability or growth for KF. Solid base salary offered but lots of contingencies in the comp plan normally associated with a much smaller company- e.g. you are not paid commission until KF collects payment. Split payment agreements only delay commission further. You’re frequently called upon to split commission and quota credit with other business units. Morale across Digital is very low due to a small percentage of sellers meeting quota in any given period. Sorry to say cannot recommend a sales role in KF Digital. Browse Other Reviews
