Former Employee2.3Oct 10, 2023I had a great experience but it is not the norm. In my last role I saw the disconnect from the company as a whole and the support I got locally. Lots of saying the right thing but not following through. If you’re lucky enough to find a good manager here then it has potential to be a great experience.
