Great company culture, supportive team building activities and excellent HR. The product just needs to be developed a bit more to truly be competitive in the CPaaS space, as the demand for it compared to alternatives isn't as high as it should be.

Pros: Great inbound lead flow and relaxed culture. If you have solid sales experience, you can find ways to overachieve most months. Cons: Base salary is well below market value. Management is flying by the seat of their pants, so be prepared for down months and changing priorities. Management likes to reward brown-nosers.
