This organization knows its market. The compensation to be honest was a little under the market rates. Was and is still a great place to start

Kin is a well operated business. Going into a Sales Consultant at Kin is equivalent to working at a call center. You will primarily working off of a dialer system. Base is very low but the good thing is most people hit quota so won't completely starve. Leadership is strong at Kin and are truly working for their reps.
