Incentive compensation structure lacked clarity. There were some opportunities for commission accelerators/kickers, but the entire structure was very difficult to track and manage. Each quarter, it took multiple days to clarify and fight for your incentive pay.

Great. Lack of structure was a good and bad thing starting out for me. There's a lot of opportunity though, and when you can manage your time and prioritize well, the freedom is great.
