Customers have to buy from you which helps keep a high floor for commission, but the amount of stores on your route is fixed which keeps the ceiling low. Horrible culture. Can’t take time off during holidays (it’s the busiest time of the year), but there is no effort made to thank or show appreciation for these sacrifices. Browse Other Reviews
