Lots of physical work, 100% commission pay structure based off of volume you order to your accounts (you have to put up every order). Expectations are also extremely high with little to no rewards. Very unorganized company that could actually be so successful if they hired more employees and paid them more!

Little to no training or development. High turnover. Customers have to buy from you which helps keep a high floor for commission, but the amount of stores on your route is fixed which keeps the ceiling low. Horrible culture. Can’t take time off during holidays (it’s the busiest time of the year), but there is no effort made to thank or show appreciation for these...Read More
