Upper management is the standard sales model of 35+ year old Caucasians , middle management has a few members of BIPOC in the different laterals, and turnover is highest amongst BIPOC representatives. This company has cornered the market on need, and so opportunities abound but due to the churn and burn of newer reps, there are very few opportunities for career growth and less for BIPOC reps.
