Great culture, lot's of smart, well intentioned people. Leadership was weak/immature in many areas and the product/product roadmap was an issue. Hopefully with fresh eyes and a recent acquisition will get them back on the right path.

At Jellyvision you have awesome colleagues, but will have a hard time trusting leadership and believing that they truly have your back.

The company is a great one, however they have hit a few rough patches when it comes to product market fit which has made it next to impossible to promote or hit sales targets.

Jellyvision is a great place to work and they are making strides in expanding the product offering. There have been organizational changes along with a focus on remote first work that have impacted the culture. They are at a crossroads at a time of change with the shift from the “start up” mindset that we have previously had so with that comes highs and lows.
