Only worth it if you are on tw team. Company does not value it labor force but rather chooses to invest in assets to position themselves stronger in market. It only makes sense to work here if you are on 2-3 of the 23 teams. You will be watched like a hawk, held to very high expectations, work weekend schedules, 70 plus hour weeks. I would only recommend working here if you know which teams make the most. Tough industry and being a broker here can feel like you're giving your soul to the company and you r seen as a number although they will tell you how they "choose people first".

Initial training was great, took about two weeks or so.
