Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Initial training was great, took about two weeks or so. It was fun, inclusive, everyone bonded together, it was knowledgeable, you got to shadow fellow sales reps which were all apart of different “teams”, these teams worked with different companies such as Amazon, USPS, FedEX and much more.
Once you start working with one of these teams they put you with, they give you a laptop (pretty nice right?) but you don’t make commission. I worked for about 3 months no commission to “prove myself” to the team. Work schedule was generally 10hrs 5 days a week, 6th day you would come in for “half day” and that was a full 8hr shift. Sunday you actually had off but that laptop they gave you? You’re expected to work from home after your shift ends. I got calls all night at 2am from truck drivers or other associates asking me about a load I booked.
The pay is good (although I personally didn’t stay long enough to receive a commission check) but from what I saw, people were making good money.
Easy way to put it, the pay is good-the work sucks. Browse Other Reviews
