Best paying job but the worst Company I’ve ever worked for. Outdated products, no development , no market adjustments, no innovation, customers felt it difficult to do business with. Poor leadership with no communications. Timelines for back orders and recalls missed by months. This place will ruin your credibility but you will make a lot of money while you do it

Too much focus on DEI to the detriment of quality hires/work at corporate. Creeping into salesforce hiring as well. Lots of rep turnover in my division. Good comp plan though that encourages growth and also pays for base business over $750K

Overall it is like many in the med device world. Customers and company want to pay less each year. Leadership is ok. The actual sales management is a crap shoot. Some are great, some are terrible. The product is best in class.
