Too much focus on DEI to the detriment of quality hires/work at corporate. Creeping into salesforce hiring as well. Lots of rep turnover in my division. Good comp plan though that encourages growth and also pays for base business over $750K

Great products. Terrible leadership. Terrible teamwork. Inefficient manufacturing. This is the Walmart of tissue companies at this point. The pay the least, they work the least and it motivates people to do absolutely nothing but make sure they don’t lose their job.

Best paying job but the worst Company I’ve ever worked for. Outdated products, no development , no market adjustments, no innovation, customers felt it difficult to do business with. Poor leadership with no communications. Timelines for back orders and recalls missed by months. This place will ruin your credibility but you will make a lot of money while you do it...Read More
